the three boxes detract from the composition quality, the C shape doesn't look that appealling, perhaps make the boxes smaller so they still fit in the same position but complement the center panel so the top of the three is slightly lower that the top of the flag and the bottom just so it is above the second ridge in the sand and leave more space on the sides so you could still make out what is going on in the panel. just a thought.
